Checking and maintaining proper tire pressure is important for ensuring a safe, smooth ride and maximizing fuel economy, but it can be a real pain with dually tires. The Wheel Masters inflation kit takes the hassle out of checking air pressure and inflating your dual tires.
Two hoses extend the valve stem location of the inner tires to the outer wheels. This means no more crawling around on the ground or blindly reaching for the valve stem on the inner tire. Two 90-degree hoses are also included to make it easier to access the valve stems of the outer tires. And the stainless steel wrapping on the hoses helps prevent them from cracking or leaking.
Hub-Mount Installation
The dually inflation kit is designed for aluminum rear wheels without wheel liners.
- Install 2 of the included brackets on the hubs of each outer wheel. Make sure to align the brackets with the valve stem and a hand hole.
- Attach the hoses with straight valve extenders to the valve stems on the inner tires.
- Attach the hoses with 90-degree-angled extenders to the valve stems on the outer tires.
- Run the hoses to the outer wheels and attach the hoses to the hub-mounted brackets.
- Screw on the valve caps.

The wheel master WM8110a valve stem extensions for hub mounting on my 22.5 dually's worked great. I was able to to install the valve stem brackets on huds with the supplied parts (pop rivets and SS brackets) without removing the wheel hub cap by using an offset electric drill. Complete kit and easy to install

I was looking for stainless Steele’s braided valve extenders for our motorhome with a 3” 90 degree turned me find the perfect kit. The kit arrived after only a few days and each piece was a perfect match. Easy to install and now no more worries about tires losing air.

A good product. My only suggestion is that stainless steel screws with Philips button heads and locking nuts be supplied rather than aluminum rivets. The screws are stronger and don't react with the stainless steel hub like aluminum will. I also slipped a nylon hose over the air hoses where they pass through the slot in the wheel to prevent chafing and eventual failure.

One of the extenders with the 90-degree angle connector acted like it wasn't depressing the tire stem which made it hard to either add air to the tire or to obtain an accurate reading. I removed it for that reason. The other one seems fine

So since you have aluminum wheels without wheel liners you need the part # WM8110A which were designed for attaching to that specific wheel style. I went to our warehouse and pulled a kit to measure the actual length of the hoses. I also measured the similar kit # WM8110A which fits 22-inch aluminum duallys. In both kits the straight hose (without the right angle bend) measures 13-inches tip to tip. In kit # WM8001 the right-angle hose measures 10-inches from bend to tip; in kit # WM8110A the right-angle hose measures 14-inches from bend to tip.
